3. User Accounts & WhatsApp Integration
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. To use the WhatsApp integration, you must link your phone number to your Cyber and Me profile. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or linked phone number. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
4. AI Advice Disclaimer
Cyber Buddy provides advice based on generative AI models. While we strive for accuracy, the advice provided is for informational purposes only and should not be considered professional legal or technical counsel. Users should always exercise caution and consult with certified experts for critical security implementations.
5. Prohibited Conduct
Users agree not to use the platform for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to:
- Attempting to breach the security of the portal or other users.
- Using the platform to distribute malware or phishing content.
- Impersonating Cyber and Me staff or other users.
6. Limitation of Liability
Cyber and Me provides its services on an "as-is" basis. We shall not be held liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use our platform, including but not limited to data loss or security breaches on your personal devices.
7. Third-Party Platforms (WhatsApp)
By using the Cyber Buddy WhatsApp integration, you also agree to the WhatsApp Terms of Service. We are not responsible for the availability, security, or data handling practices of Meta Platforms, Inc. or the WhatsApp application.
